Payment:  Individuals: Visa/Mastercard  Dealers: Net 30.  No items will be shipped if account balance is over 60 days outstanding.  All prices in US dollars.

Shipping:  Unless otherwise specified, we will ship at our discretion, via UPS Ground (requires street address) or USPS Priority Mail.  In-stock items will ship from our facility in less than 5 working days.  Items not available at the time of ordering will be available in 4-10 weeks - depending on complexity, unless otherwise stated.

Returns / Exchanges:  All returned goods must be approved by Circuit 1.  A Returning Material Authorization Number (RMA number) will be issued at the time of inquiry - please reference this RMA number on all correspondence.  All refused or returned merchandise not due to a shipping or selling error will be subjected to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee in addition to all non-reimbursed shipping charges.  Parts must be unused, like new and shipped in packaging sufficient to ensure safe travel to our facility, otherwise partial or no credit of the original purchase price will be given.  All return / exchange/ refund claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of the customer receiving the order, and approved items must be received within thirty (30) days of the customer receiving the order, or return/ refund will be refused, and no refund/ exchange/ return will be issued.  Defective products will be repaired, replaced or credited at our option.

Dealers:  We only sell to legitimate businesses in our industry.  Please fill out application for dealer consideration.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account.

Warranty:  We stand behind all our products and make every effort to ensure the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.  Regardless, any motorcycle part can be broken if abused or not installed properly.  Circuit 1 has no control over the installation or use of its products and all items are intended for off-road and competition use only.  As a result, there are NO warranties expressed or implied on any products manufactured or sold by Circuit 1.  In addition, Circuit 1 will not be liable for any damages or injuries that result directly or indirectly from the use of our products.  Defective products will be repaired, replaced or credited at our option.
